Delivery

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

If your chosen design is in stock, your order will normally be despatched within in 3 working days, and delivered in the UK mainland within 2 working days. Overseas customers can find World Wide Delivery Times by clicking here, or contact our customer advisors. Local customs clearance times may vary, & duty is payable by addressee. For security reasons we ask that you sign for your parcel. Please advise us if you require delivery to a different address than your order address. Our carriers are unable to deliver to P.O Box Numbers within the UK or Worldwide.

Availability

If your selected design becomes temporarily unavailable, we will advise you about the length of time before we will be able to process your order. In this eventuality, we will not charge you for your goods until they are ready for despatch. Every effort is made to ensure that the information provided is correct at the time of going to press. All products are subject to availability.

Colours, Measurements, Descriptions

Due to the handmade nature of our knitwear, and the individual knitter's interpretation of the patterns, slight variation in tension, design & stitching illustrated may occur. Even the same knitter is unable to knit two identical garments. This is part of the intrinsic charm of our high quality handmade knitwear. We accept that a tolerance of no more than 1 inch (2.5cm) in either direction is passable by our quality controllers, due to variations in knitting tension, but pride ourselves that the majority of our garment measurements are accurate. Colour may vary slightly to those shown in our photographs. Variation in shade of yarn at dyer's normal variation level will be allowed as acceptable. Many of our specialist yarns are made exclusively for us, involving bespoke handmade processes, and resulting in minor variations in colour intensity.

Prices

All prices are in English Pound Sterling. All prices are valid until December 2008.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it for exchange or refund, providing it is returned within 14 days from receipt and is in new and unused condition, with the packaging & labels intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Except in the case of faulty or wrongly supplied goods, the customer bears the cost of returning items for exchange or refund. We recommend that you use a "signed for" method of carriage or post when returning goods. We will endeavor to refund as soon as possible, and in all cases no later than 28 days of the refund or exchange being agreed.
